All users of the bn88 platform are required to follow certain fundamental rules. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, harassing other users, providing false information, or disrupting the platform's normal operations is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems or use unauthorized automated software will result in permanent account termination.
Users may only use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. Betting or managing accounts on behalf of third parties, or for commercial purposes, is not permitted. bn88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. All financial transactions on bn88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the platform's payments page and are subject to change at any time. Users may only transact using payment methods registered in their own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is completed. bn88 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and to notify the relevant authorities where necessary. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content. A limitation of liability applies to any losses, gains, or expected outcomes arising through the bn88 platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and bn88's liability for any loss caused by technical errors or service interruptions is limited. Users are deemed to access and use the platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
Bn88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, breaching platform security, or violating any provision of these Terms. In the event of account closure, any balance refund will be subject to the outcome of our investigation.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the Help Center. Before closing your account, please ensure there are no pending transactions or withdrawals. Once an account is permanently closed, re-registration using the same details will not be permitted.
Bn88 reserves the right to amend, update, or remove these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. For significant updates, users may be notified via their registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or claim, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
